Dr. Astrid Waser is a partner in the Competition, Regulated Market and Investigation department of Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich and a leading practitioner in this field. She specializes in regulated markets, in particular in all aspects of competition (antitrust) law, public procurement law, media and telecoms law and environmental law. Astrid Waser also advises on regulatory, administrative and internal investigationsand has a long-standing experience in the field of compliance matters. She advises in non-contentious matters and represents clients before Swiss authorities and courts, in particular in investigations and infringement procedures of the Swiss Competition Commission as well as in merger filings and in public procurement procedures.
