Anna Marcoulli

Anna Marcoulli is a Judge at the General Court of the European Union since 2016. Before that, she was a member of the Legal Service of the European Commission (2008-2016), Legal Adviser to the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union (2012), seconded national expert in the Research and Documentation Division of the Court of Justice of the European Union (2005-2007) and member of the Legal Service of the Republic of Cyprus, European Union Section (1998-2008). She graduated in law from the University of East Anglia (1995) and holds an LLM in European Legal Studies from the University of Bristol (1996).
