Anastasia Usova is a Counsel and Head of the Antitrust practice of Redcliffe Partners ; she has more than 10 years of experience in competition law at leading law firms in Ukraine and Belgium. Anastasia focuses on complex antitrust matters, such as abuse of dominance, cartels, commercial and pricing practices, and distribution agreements. She also assists clients with merger control notifications in Ukraine, and has experience in the coordination of multi-jurisdictional merger filings in the CIS and the EU. In addition, Anastasia deals with unfair competition issues, such as misleading advertising and unauthorised use of trademarks. Anastasia is recognised amongst the Next generation lawyers in Competition by Legal 500. She is also recommended amongst the leading practitioners in Competition/ Antitrust Law in Ukraine by The Best Lawyers in Ukraine, 2019.
