Alysia A. Solow is a partner with Constantine Cannon, based in the firm’s New York office. She directs the firm’s e-Discovery Practice Group and is the intake partner in the Whistleblower Practice Group. In addition, Ms. Solow is the firm’s Hiring Partner. As Chair of the e-Discovery Practice Group, Ms. Solow advises clients on legal and technology issues related to electronic discovery and information governance. With a focus on emerging technology and data analytics, she guides clients through every facet of the e-discovery process in complex commercial litigation, antitrust litigation, whistleblower representation, as well as in the implementation of compliance and monitoring programs. For potential clients of the Whistleblower Practice Group, Ms. Solow is often the first person they speak with at the firm, and she advises them on the merits of their potential claims and their decision about whether they should blow the whistle. Ms. Solow has experience on matters under the federal False Claims Act, equivalent state acts, and the whistleblower programs of the Internal Revenue Service and Securities and Exchange Commission, among others, and advises potential clients as they navigate the various options, laws, and legal procedures to be followed under existing whistleblower programs.
