Alicia Alicia manages antitrust policy at Meta. She was previously an associate in the Antitrust practice of Shearman and Sterling. Her practice focused on antitrust litigation, internal investigations, merger review, and pre-merger notification requirements under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. Alicia represented clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, e-commerce, broadcast media, aerospace and defense, aggregates, and oil and gas.
