Will Huynh is a counsel in Linklaters’ New York office. He represents U.S. and international clients in connection with merger investigations before the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice. He also counsels clients on antitrust regulatory issues related to cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business arrangements. Prior to joining Linklaters, Will was an attorney at the Federal Trade Commission, where he worked on merger investigations in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution, medical devices and technology.
