Sylvaine Poillot-Peruzzetto

Sylvaine Poillot Peruzzetto is an associate professor of private law and criminal sciences, and she graduated of King’s College London (European Young Lawyer Program). Since 1991, she has been teaching Community law, private international law and competition law at the Université des Sciences Sociales Toulouse 1-Capitole where she created the European Law School. She is a researcher at the Institute of Research in European, International and Comparative Law (IRDEIC) and a member of the European University Network dedicated to students of law in the area of freedom, security and justice (ELSJ). She was a company lawyer for the company Manufacture des pneumatiques Michelin from 1989 to 1991. She is a member of the Paris Bar and has practised as a lawyer for several years. She is currently an extraordinary member of the Court de Cassation.
