Michael Kefi

Michael Kefi is General Counsel at Stuart and Pickup. With his teams, he provides high-level strategic legal advice on product launches, transactions, business model analysis, commercial development, litigation and regulatory matters. Before joining Stuart and Pickup, Michael worked for Uber and spent seven years in Paris as Senior Legal & Regulatory Counsel for Orange dealing with antitrust matters in EMEA and more specifically with M&A in the region. Orange followed a short experience in Directorate General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF - Ministry of Finance) where Michael cut his teeth on Competition law matters. Michael studied law at Université Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne, and Université Paris XI where he worked on his PhD related to the inadequacy between regulation and digital sector.
