Martha Martinez Licetti

Martha Martinez Licetti leads the Competition Policy Team for the Trade and Competitiveness Global Practice at the World Bank Group. She has more than 15 years of experience in economic regulation and competition policy. She has held leading positions in the private and public sectors, including at the competition authority and the telecommunications regulator in her native Peru.
