Marta Andrés-Vaquero was appointed legal and policy office at the DG ENER with focus on renewables and energy system integration policy in November 2021. Prior to that position, Marta Andres-Vaquero was case handler at European Commission, DG COMP, where she handled merger cases. Her previous experience includes Academic Assistant at College of Europe, Blue Book Trainee at European Commission, and EU & Competition Lawyer at Uría Menéndez. She trained at Allen & Overy. Ms. Andrés-Vaquero holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from College of Europe, among other degrees.
