


Marc Levy
Marc Lévy is a partner in Reed Smith’s Paris office and advises on all aspects of EU and French competition law with a particular focus on antitrust litigation. He has brought and defended a number of actions based on competition law and wider EU and public law issues before French courts and in Europe and been involved in leading cases in the healthcare, betting and gaming, films and tourism sectors dealing with abuse of market power, licensing arrangements, cartels, follow-on damages claims and regulatory issues. Marc’s expertise is widely recognized and he is ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers Europe 2017. Marc is a lecturer at the University of Paris V in European business law (competition and distribution law). He regularly contributes to leading publications (Lamy Santé) and speaks at high-level conferences.
