Marc Besen

Marc Besen specialises in EC and German competition law, particularly mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, cartels, abuse proceedings, compliance programmes, distribution and licensing arrangements across a wide range of industry sectors. This primarily includes the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, food and chemicals sectors. Marc has broad experience in European and national merger control and cartel proceedings. He heads the German and Global Antitrust Group, the latter together with Sharis Pozen.
