Janet L. McDavid

Recognized as one of the leading antitrust lawyers in the United States, Jan McDavid has been profiled in numerous international surveys and rankings and is widely known as an authority in antitrust law. She is a Co-Chair of the International Bar Association Antitrust Committee (2016-17) and a past Chair of the ABA Antitrust Section (1999-2000). Jan has provided antitrust transition advice to the Obama, Bush, and Clinton Administrations, and provided antitrust advice to the Department of Defense. Her practice focuses on antitrust investigations, merger review, and antitrust policy issues.
