Gabriel Lluch

Gabriel Lluch is General Counsel competition and regulation department for Orange. He started his career by creating his own company. He working within Orange’s legal department since 2001. He holds a diploma from Sciences Po Paris and Bordeaux, a Public Law Diploma from Paris V, and a Diploma in relations with public authorities from Paris X. He is involved in all aspects of competition law : abuse of dominant position, merger, State aid, and cartel, and takes part to discussions before the Commission on the adaptation of competition law to face digital challenges ( DMA, Horizontal cooperation guidelines…).
