Enrique Vergara Vial

Enrique Vergara Vial is the President of the Court for the Defense of Free Competition (TDLC), a position he has held since May 2016. He is a Chilean lawyer and academic who was head of the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office from 2006 to 2010. In the meantime, he has also been a lawyer for Rivadeneira, Colombara & Zegers Legal Office between 2010 and 2012. Previously, he has also served as chief of staff to the Economic Ministry in 2002-2003.
