


Elisabeth Flury-Herard
Elisabeth Flüry-Hérard is Vice-President of the French Competition Authority. She was administrator of the General Secretary of the French Government in 1982 and until 1986, she worked as Office Manager at the Department of Public Fonction. Until 1988, she worked as Head of Sector of the General Secretary of the inter-ministerial coordination (SGCI) in European issues. Then she worked as delegate in charge of international affairs at the National Center of the Cinema (CNC) until 1993. In 1994, she worked as technical consultant at the ministry of French culture and "Francophonie" and afterwards, she was first appointed director of film production and then director of cinema at the CNC. From 1998 to 2002, she worked as executive director of the Institute for the financing of film and cultural industries (IFCIC). She was member of the French Competition Counsel from 1999 to 2002 and from 2002 to 2008, she was member of the French Audiovisual Council (CSA). In mars 2009, she was appointed Vice-President of the French Competition Authority.
