Elinor is the New York Attorney General’s Antitrust Bureau Chief. Prior to joining the Office of the Attorney General, she was a partner in the firm of Coudert Brothers LLP for 16 years, where she focused on antitrust litigation and counseling, and other complex litigation. Elinor’s experience has been wide-ranging : among other things, she has led or co-led trial teams in five major antitrust trials and has participated in several others ; she has negotiated settlements worth almost $1 billion ; she is a frequent invited speaker on antitrust and litigation issues, and on enforcement policy and practice ; and taught antitrust law as an Adjunct Professor at Brooklyn Law School for over a decade.
