David M. Harrison

David Harrison is a partner and head of Mayer Brown’s competition practice in London and is a co-leader of the firm’s European Antitrust & Competition Practice. He has represented parties to a wide range international and national cartel investigations, including : representing clients at dawn raids by the European Commission and UK competition authorities ; co-ordinating the response of clients to multiple investigations worldwide as global lead counsel ; advising in relation to immunity/leniency, settlement and competition litigation ; conducting risk assessments ; and developing compliance programmes. He also has extensive experience of advising on merger control, foreign investment rules, abuse of dominance, the application of competition rules in regulated sectors, market investigations and State aid.
