David Emanuelson

David Emanuelson is an Associate General Counsel in the Antitrust and Commercial Litigation group at Intel Corporation. David leads Intel’s M&A regulatory practice, oversees worldwide antitrust litigation and investigations, and specializes in issues involving the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property. David also provides antitrust advice to several Intel business groups, including its data center and AI group, foundry services organization, and standards organization. Prior to joining Intel, David worked at Novartis Corporation as its head of antitrust in the Americas region for four years and spent ten years in private practice at Washington D.C.
