Charles Pommies

Charles Pommiès is a counsel based in Allen & Overy’s Beijing office since 2014. Charles specialises in competition law. His practice has been covering a broad variety of matters, including assisting leading U.S., European and Asian companies in antitrust investigations (cartels and abuses of dominant position) and merger control reviews. A member of the Paris and Brussels bars, Charles graduated from the Institut d’Études Politiques (Paris), the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris) and the New York University School of Law. Charles practiced antitrust and competition law in Washington and Paris prior to joining Allen & Overy’s Brussels office in 2008.
