Benjamin Cheynel holds a Master in EU Law (2002), a Master in Business Law / DJCE (2003) and has been a référendaire (legal secretary) at the Court of Justice of the European Union (Luxemburg) since 2009, and since December 2020 at the General Court of the European Union (Luxemburg). In addition to lecturing in various Law Schools (University of Savoie, University of Versailles Saint Quentin, University of Luxemburg …) and regularly writing on State aid, antitrust and EU law, Benjamin Cheynel is a member of the scientific committee of the review Lamy de la Concurrence and the general secretary of the Amicale des référendaires de la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne.
