Adriano Capuocciolo holds a Master in European Law from the University Paris II Pantheon Assas and a LLM in competition law from King’s College London. Adriano joined the Paris Bar in 2018 and is associate at BCTG Avocats. He advises international and national companies on EU and French Competition Law as regards anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, merger control, distribution agreements and other complex forms of cooperation in numerous sectors including cosmetics, media, telecommunications, food, pharmaceutical, etc. He also represents his clients before all kind of competition or control authorities in case of litigation in these matters.
