Zili Shao has been Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Chinese Operations at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since January 2010. Mr. Shao serves as Head of the New York bank’s China operations at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Mr. Shao served as Managing Partner of Asia at Linklaters since May 2009. Mr. Shao served as Managing Partner of Greater China at Linklaters since 2003. Mr. Shao is a specialist in PRC-related mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and foreign direct investment transactions. Mr. Shao serves as an Attorney in the PRC, Barrister and Solicitor in Victoria, New South Wales, Australia ; Solicitor of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ; and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales. He served as Partner of Linklaters Hong Kong from 1998 to 2003 ; Partner of Allen, Allen & Helmsley Hong Kong and Sydney from 1995 to 1998 ; Solicitor of Mallesons Stephen Jaques Melbourne from 1990 to 1994 ; and Attorney at Law, C&C Law Office Beijing from 1984 to 1986. He has been a Director of Chinese Operations at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since November 25, 2009. Mr. Shao attended University of Melbourne and China University of Political Science and Law.
