Specialized in EU Competition Law from King’s College London, Virgílio Mouta Pereira is currently Research Director at Magellan, European Affairs Consultancy (Brussels). He was a Blue Book Trainee at the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission and worked as Legal Consultant for the European Parliament. He was Guest Researcher at the Institute for European Studies, University of Saint-Louis, Brussels. He attended EU Courses at different Universities, namely : Quantitative Methods for Competition Analysis - Barcelona Graduate School of Economics ; European Business and Competition Law - University of Oxford, Oriel College ; International Litigation - University of Vienna ; Private International Law - Autonomous University of Madrid ; EU Law - University of Minho. His working languages are English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
