Mr. Reifegerste wrote his doctoral thesis on The Obligation to Mitigate Damages, prior to becoming an associate professor at the University of Maine, where he teaches business law - primarily corporations and bankruptcy and reorganization as well antitrust law. He is a member of the University of Maine’s Business Law Institute and has written numerous articles in the areas of civil and commercial law. He also is a lawyer at the bar of Paris.
