Mr. Poh’s main area of practice focuses on foreign investment and M&A transactions in China. Has also worked on other commercial, electricity and energy transactions in China and other parts of the Asia-Pacific region. Simon was seconded to BP Hong Kong, advising it on its downstream petrol station joint venture, the acquisition of an LPG depot and distribution business, the construction of an LNG terminal and other chemical supply businesses in China. He was also on secondment to Goldman Sachs Hong Kong, assisting its China-based operations.
