


Sheldon Mills
Sheldon Mills is the Director of Competition at the Financial Conduct Authority. He was formerly at the CMA where he was Senior Director of Policy in charge of UK merger control enforcement. He formerly served as Director of Mergers for 3 years. He is a qualified solicitor and prior to joining the FCA and the CMA he practiced law at King & Wood Mallesons and Jones Day, counseling a range of UK and international clients in antitrust and competition law. Sheldon Mills holds undergraduate and postgraduate law degrees from King’s College, London and was born and raised in Cardiff, Wales.
