Robert Klotz is a partner in the Brussels office of Sheppard Mullin’s Antitrust & Competition practice. He concentrates on all expects of EU and German competition and regulatory law and represents clients before the European Commission and the national authorities, with a particular focus on energy and telecommunications. Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, he was a partner with an international law firm in Brussels where he practiced in the same field since 2007. Previously, Robert was for almost a decade with the European Commission in DG Competition, dealing with high level antitrust cases first in the Telecommunications & Post Unit, and subsequently in the Energy and Water unit.
