Pierre de Montalembert led Hogan Lovell’s French Competition & EU law practice from 2002 to 2015 at which point he joined Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent. He has extensive competition law experience and a broad experience of advising French and International clients on all sorts of commercial law issues as well as corporate and transactional matters. Pierre de Montalembert is a member of the Paris & New York Bars. He joined Siméon Moquet Borde in 1982 where he became a partner in 1987. He founded Siméon & Associés in 1990. He became a Partner of Lovells on 1 November 2001 as a result of the merger of the two firms and joined Ginestié Magellan Paley Vincent as a partner on 1 July 2015. Pierre de Montalembert was an elected member of the Paris Bar Council from 1994 to 1996.
