Pierre Y. Cremieux is an expert in industrial organization, antitrust, statistics, and labor economics. He is advising numerous clients in the United States and Canada and has testified in bench and jury trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. Pierre Cremieux has served as an expert and supported academic experts in both litigation and non-litigation matters on antitrust issues ; general commercial claims ; contractual disputes ; and a number of labor-related matters in a variety of industries, including high tech, pharmaceuticals, biotech, financial products, consumer products, and commodities.
