Peggy is the Asia Pacific Head of Competition Law at HSBC overseeing a wide range of competition law matters in the region. She has extensive experience as a private and in-house practitioner. She has a particular interest in how competition law evolves in the digital economy and in relation to sustainability projects. She is the Chairperson of the Competition Ordinance Committee of the Hong Kong Association of Banks. She also chairs the HSBC Asia Pacific Legal Team Diversity and Inclusion Workgroup.
