Ms. Pauline Le More founded in 2010 LeMore Avocats. Pauline Le More developed a general practice in commercial law together with a specialization in the field of competition law. She is particularly active in the following areas : anti-competitive practices (cartels, abuses of dominant position, litigation), distribution agreements and new technologies. Pauline is also competent in general EU law and deals with regulatory matters, such as gaming and betting, as well as with consumer law. She is an AFEC’s member since 2005. Pauline LE MORE is a regular speaker at conferences on the following subjects : real estate, commercial law, new technologies, and new regulations’ issues, such as electronic books and online gaming regulations. She is also the author of several publications and several articles in French, English and German (Dalloz, Lexbase, Lexis Nexis, Thomson Reuters international, Medien u. Recht). She is responsible for the column "Chronique de droit de la concurrence et de la distribution" in the internet legal Database Lexbase. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005 and graduated from McGill University (Canada) and from Cologne University (Germany).
