Patrick D’Souza is head of unit at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs since 2011. Previously he was a case handler at the Directorate-General for Competition (2007-2011). He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich.
