Mr. Pablo is a competition economist with over 12 years’ experience specialising in competition policy, with particular expertise in mergers and abuse cases before a range of competition authorities and national courts. Pablo has merger experience in computer hardware, consumer products, food, media, transport, and chemicals, has analysed firm conduct in telecommunications, payment cards, music downloads, shipping, airlines, and alcoholic beverages, and advised on state aid cases involving postal and financial services. Pablo is fluent in English, Spanish and German. He is currently vice president at AlixPartners in Chicago.
