Oliver Black passed away in 2019. Oliver Black was a counsel at Linklaters, London office, which he joined in 1999. Mr. Black had gained experience in all aspects of competition law, with specialism in procurement and utility regulation. Mr. Black was also a visiting senior research fellow at King’s College London since 2000. He holds a Ph.D. from University College London (1987) and a B.A. (Hons) from the University of Cambridge (1979).
