Nicolas Guérin

Nicolas Guérin has been appointed Secretary General of Orange in April 2018, after working as its General Counsel and Group Director of Legal Affairs. Nicolas Guérin has responsibility for establishing and implementing France Telecom Group’s legal policy. He coordinates the Group’s legal division, which numbers over 650 employees spread across 35 countries. Nicolas Guérin is 41 and began his career at the SFR Group. He joined France Télécom in January 1998 and since 2003 has been the Group’s Director of Legal Affairs for competition and regulation. He holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in business and accounting law and graduated from the business law institute of the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
