Nicola Boyle is a partner at Hausfeld in London. She joined the firm as an associate in October 2009 and has been instrumental in developing the firm’s competition practice in London. She has acted on a number of follow-on cartel damages claims seeking compensation on behalf of groups of affected businesses from across Europe. She has also been involved in a number of consumer and financial service claims, advising individual and multiple claimants on rights of redress. Nicola Boyle was previously a Senior Associate at McGrigors and has represented multi-nationals, private businesses, and individual claimants in a wide range of disputes, in particular in the energy and financial services sectors. She is a keen proponent of alternative disputes resolution, having successfully resolved a number of complex multi-party disputes outside of the courts. She has also advised on a number of regulatory investigations and judicial review proceedings.
