Nick Wolfe joined Skadden’s Brussels office in December 2014 and is an associate in the European Union/International Competition group. Nick has advised on merger control filings with the European Commission and authorities in other jurisdictions in relation to transactions in various sectors. Nick has also advised on antitrust compliance in relation to Articles 101 and 102 and state aid. Prior to Skadden, Nick worked for Clifford Chance in London and Tokyo and before entering law, worked in financial services regulation from 2006 to 2010. Nick is a graduate of the London School of Economics, where he studied his first degree in Economics, the City Law School, London and the College of Law, Moorgate and is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
