Natasha A. Moskvina is an Attorney practising in the greater New York City area. Natasha previously worked for Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, PC (2013-2015) as an associate in the Litigation Department. She represented clients in federal and state court proceedings regarding general commercial matters, antitrust, employment discrimination, RICO, intellectual property, health care services and products, insurance disputes, real estate and construction. She was also joined the Antitrust and Competition Law practice group of Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier in 2007 for two years, worked as a staff attorney in the US Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition (2002-2005), and was an EU Fulbright Research Scholar in late 2005. Ms. Moskvina received an LL.M. in French, European and International Business Law from University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, a J.D. and a Law-Business Certificate from Vanderbilt University, and a B.A. from Duke University. She is admitted to practice in New York, and is a member of the ABA, where she held a leadership position, and the NYSBA.
