Napoleon Ruiz García is a member of the European Commission’s Legal Service and more specifically of the Quality of Legislation team. Previously, Mr. Ruiz García was an associate lawyer at Garrigues (Brussels office), which he joined in 2007. He obtained his Law degree and a DEA Diploma in International and European Law from the University of Valencia. He also holds an LL.M. degree from the College of Europe (très bien ; scholarship from the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
