Michael Klöcker specialises in EU and Danish competition law and advises particularly on dominant enterprises, anti-competitive agreements, merger control, state aid, dawn raids and compliance as well as training. Moreover, Michael Klöcker provides advice within a number of regulated markets, including especially within telecoms. Finally, Michael Klöcker advises on issues of administrative law. Michael Klöcker has profound industry-specific knowledge of and experience in the telecom, TV and media markets, including issues of marketing law, consumer law and telecom regulation and the development of new services within the telecom and media industries as well as relating legal issues. In addition, Michael Klöcker has been involved in several transactions and projects in the telecom and IT industries, including acquisitions and the set-up of cooperative joint ventures. Michael Klöcker has acted for clients such as Telia, KMD, Divisionsforeningen (the Association of Danish elite football clubs), Nets and Post Danmark. Furthermore, Michael Klöcker provides advice on all aspects of administrative law, including case processing and authority issues as well as administrative review. Michael Klöcker has extensive experience in conducting proceedings before public authorities, including complaints boards and dispute resolution boards. Michael Klöcker is a part-time lecturer in administrative law at the University of Copenhagen.
