Meytal McCoy is a Litigation & Dispute Resolution associate in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office, where she focuses on all aspects of antitrust including litigation, merger clearance and antitrust business counseling. The breadth of her experience spans a number of industries including food, grocery stores, financial services, trucking industry, pharmaceutical, and healthcare/medical device, and encompasses all phases of merger clearance, including pre-merger business counseling and representation before agencies in merger investigations, and all phases of civil litigation, including motions practice, discovery and electronic discovery, depositions and working with experts. In addition to her antitrust experiences, Meytal also has significant experience with electronic discovery, including e-discovery practice before the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice, and e-discovery in civil litigation. Meytal is a founding member of the Mayer Brown DC Lateral Associates Committee, and she actively participates as a mentor for junior associates. Meytal also regularly participates in activities with the ABA Antitrust Section. Meytal is an editorial board member for the ABA Antitrust Section – Federal Civil Enforcement Committee and co-authors biweekly updates, which are published on the committee’s website. She also mentors new antitrust associates within the ABA Antitrust Section.
