Matthew F. Jones is a senior foreign attorney at Kim & Chang, with specialties in labor and employment law and anti-trust law. With respect to labor and employment law, Mr. Jones has extensive experience in advising companies on various employment and labor-related matters including, but not limited to, restructuring programs, collective bargaining negotiations and strategy, labor-related issues in M&A, crisis management and business transfers and acquisitions. With respect to anti-trust law, Mr. Jones has represented numerous multi-national corporations being investigated by the Korea Fair Trade Commission (“KFTC”) for engaging in alleged cartels and unfair business practices. He also regularly advises clients on anti-trust compliance issues and often is requested to conduct anti-trust training programs for employees of multi-national companies in Korea. In addition to the above, Mr. Jones regularly advises corporations on all types of transactions, disputes and investigations.
