Mathieu Luinaud

Lawyer/Economist

Mathieu Luinaud is trained as both an economist and a lawyer. He is a graduate from Sciences Po Paris and Ecole polytechnique (MX2013) where he received education in public policy and economics, and received his legal education from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and the University of Pennsylvania Law School (LLM’15). He was previously trained at the OECD and the French ministry for the economy (Direction Générale du Trésor) before gaining traineeship experience in an international law firm. His main fields of interest cover competition law and economics, as well as public regulation.
