Vinicius Marques de Carvalho is the founding partner of VMCA. Former President of the Brazilian Competition Authority (CADE), former Secretary of the Brazilian Secretariat of Economic Law and former Commissioner of CADE. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of São Paulo and a PhD in Law from both the University of São Paulo and the University of Paris-1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne).
