Małgorzata Mroczkowska-Horne is Senior Counsel at PwC. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, with particular focus on competition law. She advises on various aspects of competition law and represents parties in proceedings before competition authorities. In her practice, Ms. Mroczkowska-Horne has provided legal advice with regard to concentrations of enterprises in, inter alia, luxury goods, the insurance, energy, machinery and chemical sectors, including in relation to multi-jurisdictional concentrations. She advises entrepreneurs within the scope of competition law requirements resulting form the REACH. She cooperates in introducing compliance programs to harmonize actions taken by entrepreneurs with the competition law regulations, as well as advises on the abuse of the dominant position and illegal anti-competition practices. She possesses several years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and investment finance in the real estate market. She was also part of a team focusing on infrastructure project financing, in particular in the energy sector. Ms. Mroczkowska-Horne has participated in many privatization processes, advising both foreign investors and Polish enterprises. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. She also completed postgraduate studies at King’s College University of London, where she earned a diploma in EC competition law. She also graduated from the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies at Warsaw University organized in cooperation with Cambridge University.
