Małgorzata Kozak, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at Utrecht University, School of Law. She specializes in the European Union law and the competition law including private and public enforcement, compliance systems and vertical restraints. Małgorzata graduated from law at the University of Gdansk in Poland but also from EU law in Toulouse in France : Maîtrise in the European and International Law and DESS Juriste International obtained. She completed postgraduate studies in the European competition law at King’s College in London. Her Ph.D., secured in Toulouse, focused on the status of commercial agency agreements under the EU competition law. She has also over 8 years of experience as an advocate (radca prawny) enrolled to the Regional Bar in Gdansk and much longer experience in advising clients in competition law in Warsaw. She is also the author or co-author of several publications on antitrust regulations.
