Lynn Diamond is the associate network director at Plant Powered Metro New York. She was previously Counsel at Shearman & Sterling LLP. She joined White & Case in September 2006 and was an associate in the U.S. antitrust practice in White & Case’s New York office. Lynn Diamond advised U.S. and international companies operating in a wide variety of economic sectors, with a particular focus on merger control and on anticompetitive practices (price fixing, abuses of dominant position). She frequently counseled on cross-border transactions and has coordinated worldwide merger notifications for transactions requiring clearance in multiple jurisdictions. Her industry experience includes oil and gas, energy exploration services, automotive parts, construction equipment, packaging equipment, chemicals, healthcare supplies, diamonds and jewelry and information services.
