Luis Gerardo García Santos Coy is partner at Creel, García-Cuellar, Aiza y Enriquez (Mexico City). He specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate and Competition Law. He represents foreign multi-national corporations, private equity funds and investment banks in mergers and initial and subsequent acquisitions in Mexico or the divestiture of their Mexican holdings. He represents domestic corporations in joint ventures and the expansion through acquisition or the divestiture of their holdings or assets throughout Mexico.
