Liliana is an accomplished EU and Competition/Antitrust Lawyer with extensive experience both in advisory work and in litigation. Appearing before the EU and the French courts, as well as before the administrative authorities (European Commission, French Competition Authority). She advises with equal ease on cartel, abuse of dominance cases or distribution agreements under both EU and French competition law. Liliana has gained significant experience in regulated sectors (pharma, energy, telecom), as well as on IP/antitrust cross-law issues. Multi-jurisdictional merger control is also part of her core skills in the context of corporate transactions. Separately, she have developed an expertise in State aid law matters, advising companies (as beneficiaries or competitors), financial institutions (State guarantee issues), as well as State-owned entities (including assistance in the administrative process before the European Commission). Last but not least, Liliana worked on general EU law matters (free movement, trade law, general principles of EU law, association agreements).
